About Me

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?""
- Mary Oliver

I believe you can't change anything without addressing how you feel, what you think and how you behave - and they all are connected.

I believe it takes courage to be your authentic self and create a life you love. Stepping into the arena with the critics and your own self-doubt can be scary. There often is a high price to pay when you're not living life authentically. I believe when you're feeling fatigued - emotionally, physically, and spiritually - and disconnected and overwhelmed these are invitations to explore possibilities for a braver way of being.  I will guide you on the journey to being your best self.

After a career as a magazine and newspaper writer and editor, and a public relations consultant,  I made a bold career change - and became a psychotherapist and later added coaching to my practice. I loved writing people’s stories. Now I love helping people write their own stories. And, I still love to write. Check out my blog.
