This is an invitation to continue digging into wholehearted and authentic living. We will continue exploring the topics of courage, vulnerability, shame, and perfectionism, and get curious about the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back. We will have the opportunity to make new choices and create practices that will move us to a more authentic way of living.

We will get clear on what keeps us from staying in our values. We will learn what shame and fear messages keep us hidden and isolated. We will learn how to practice empathy and self-compassion, resulting in you showing up in a way that feels courageous.

In Daring Greatly™, you choose an arena you would like to work on and with the help of this group, you can begin living life inside of the arena. It will be sometimes messy and sometimes challenging.

We will go through each module as well as have time to check in, support and encourage each other.
